The price includes the following:
- Free use of the air conditioner
- 1 parking space for each apartment
- electricity, water and gas
- SAT/TV
- Free WiFi Internet access (WLAN)
- Free use of the washing machine in the laundry room which is situated outside of both apartments. There you will find 2 clotheshorses, 1 ironing board and 1 iron at your disposal.
- Free use of the big barbecue grill.
- Free use of the outdoor-shower near the garden.
- bedlinen, bath towels and towels for domestic use will be changed weekly
if the guests stay longer than 8 days (no beach towels) - final cleaning

Upon consultation the apartments are also available for rent off-season.
We can recommend our Apartment "Zora 1" on the ground floor with its wood fired oven for colder days.
Dogs:
Please inform us before booking that you intend to bring your dog(s) with you.
Small dogs up to max. 4 kg are welcome.
We do not charge extra for small dogs.
